Job Summary

To support the undergraduate admissions process, the full-time Seasonal Credentials Evaluator will remotely process and evaluate applications, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with university policies while working with over 80,000 applications annually.

Key responsibilities

• Process and evaluate domestic and international educational credentials for undergraduate applications
• Enter application information into the Student Information System (SIS) and evaluate the authenticity of submitted documents
• Identify discrepancies and consult with educational officials to resolve issues regarding admissions documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be an Ohio resident while serving in the role
• Successful completion of a background check is required
