Ohio Seasonal Honors Reviewer Manager

Job Summary

To support the evaluation of applications for the Honors Program, the part-time Seasonal Honors Reviewer Manager will supervise ten seasonal reviewers, conduct training sessions, and perform holistic reviews of applications in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and provide training and feedback to seasonal honors application reviewers
• Conduct holistic evaluations of domestic and international applications for the Honors Program
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of enrollment goals, policies, and procedures while ensuring confidentiality of admission files

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in counseling, human relations, or education
• Knowledge of high school guidance or teaching practices
• Familiarity with college/university policies and admissions processes
• Ohio residency during the duration of the role
• Successful completion of a background check
