Ohio Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

Managing territory sales across Ohio, the full-time salaried Ohio Senior Sales Manager will promote Henkel's Pressure Sensitive Adhesive products to existing and potential customers in the Tapes & Labels, Medical & Graphics Market Segments while implementing growth strategies and utilizing CRM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing business and grow territory sales by promoting adhesive products and services
• Develop and implement territory management and growth plans aligned with strategic business directives
• Establish a target list and document growth potential by application and location while preparing sales strategies to counter competitive forces

Required qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or similar discipline required
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial/Technical sales, preferably with pressure sensitive adhesives, tapes, and/or labels
• Knowledge of product chemistries and manufacturing processes is a plus
• Proven ability to create and maintain accounts based on strong customer relationships
• High level of business acumen and strong negotiation skills
