Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the daily point of contact for assigned students, addressing academic concerns and supporting growth
• Conduct advising meetings and monitor student data to promote engagement and identify areas needing support
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure student success and contribute to improving advising processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Secondary Education or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a student-facing role at the secondary level (grades 7-12)
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
• Proficiency with online tools and ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Current resident of Ohio or willing to relocate to Ohio
