Job Summary

Ohio Title Examiner, responsible for conducting Preliminary Judicial Report title examinations primarily for Ohio, working part-time or full-time in a telecommuting role, and ensuring accuracy in processing title reports and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Ohio-based and multi-state real estate title reports for approval or rejection
• Research and resolve discrepancies in title documentation
• Maintain accurate records and logs while adhering to company policies and production goals

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Prior title examination/search experience
• Typing/Data Entry skills, minimum 55 wpm with 97% accuracy
• Proficiency with computers, software programs, and technology
• Knowledge of real estate terminology
