Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various methods including cold calling and networking
• Review resumes to identify suitable candidates for client needs
• Maintain relationships with employees and educate clients on market trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, recruiting, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as recruiting or sales support
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Energy, and/or Skilled Trades industries
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines
• Flexibility in communication methods to maintain relationships with candidates and clients
