OIM Developer
Job Summary
Supporting the Defense Logistics Agency, the full-time OIM Developer will design, develop, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions while collaborating with various teams to enhance enterprise identity lifecycle management capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain OIM solutions for enterprise identity lifecycle management
- Design and implement custom workflows, adapters, and provisioning solutions while integrating enterprise applications with ICAM platforms
- Troubleshoot complex identity and application integration issues, providing technical leadership and documentation
Required qualifications
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE)
- 7+ years of experience developing and supporting Oracle Identity Management solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Java development and enterprise application integration
- Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and enterprise middleware technologies
- Ability to obtain an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive (Tier 3/T3) determination prior to onboarding
