Job Summary

A company is looking for an OIPA Developer - Life Product Configuration (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop program logic, modify existing programs, test, and document complex application systems
• Analyze business needs and design applications to meet acceptance criteria
• Mentor less experienced programmers and improve productivity through effective use of technology tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in developing, testing, debugging, and documenting complex program logic
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide mentorship
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences
