Oklahoma ASE Certified Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on orders from external partners via phone and email
• Review proposals for compliance with manufacturers' recommendations and negotiate pricing adjustments as necessary
• Analyze clients' needs and repair orders to offer recommendations and facilitate approvals for services

Required Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in Oklahoma City, OK or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
