Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to enroll eligible members in healthcare services
• Facilitate case assignments and connect members to care managers through warm transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the State of Oklahoma
• 2 years of experience in the healthcare field
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts used in care management
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends
