Oklahoma Care Management Associate

Job Summary

Supporting comprehensive healthcare coordination, the full-time Oklahoma Care Management Associate will engage in telephonic outreach to Medicaid members, facilitating enrollment and connecting them to care managers while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to eligible Medicaid members for enrollment and care management support
• Facilitate case assignment and warm transfers to care managers for effective service delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards to protect member confidentiality

Required qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the healthcare field, such as in a medical office or hospital setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for data entry and documentation
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts used in care management
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent GED
