Oklahoma Developer Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Analyst to collaborate on software development and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with payroll and employee process owners to document application defects and enhancements
• Configure, test, deploy, and maintain software while creating and updating system documentation and training materials
• Gather and document business requirements, providing time and cost estimates for proposed changes

Required Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with UKG Pro Payroll and UKG Pro Workforce Management modules
• Proficiency in Dell Boomi and API integrations for UKG systems
• Understanding of United States payroll laws and regulations, particularly in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodology and basic project management concepts
