Job Summary
Providing automotive technical support and advice, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Automotive Coordinator will manage repair orders, negotiate service intervals, and communicate with clients and vendors while working remotely from home in the Tulsa, OK area.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email, ensuring efficient and friendly service
- Review proposals to confirm proper services are performed according to manufacturer guidelines and negotiate pricing
- Contact clients to explain proposed repair procedures, gain approval, and recommend service locations
Required qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the Tulsa, OK area or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience and six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
