Oklahoma Licensed Billing Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Revenue Integrity department, the full-time remote Oklahoma Licensed Billing Specialist will identify and review professional billing credit balances, perform routine adjustments, and research overpayments while maintaining productivity standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and review professional billing credit balances for accuracy and resolution
- Perform routine credit balance adjustments and refund requests following established policies
- Research basic overpayments related to duplicate payments, posting errors, or payer processing
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of medical insurance credit resolution experience for Level 1; 3 years for Level 2
- CPB certification required for Level 2, to be obtained within 1 year
