Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of care management teams and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Support the management of complex health cases and facilitate healthcare outcomes for members
• Conduct meetings to focus on member service delivery and ensure compliance with quality objectives

Required Qualifications

• Oklahoma resident
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical area of expertise
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Experience in care management and knowledge of related regulations and standards
• Active, unrestricted Oklahoma State License in applicable functional area (e.g., RN, LPC, LCSW)
