Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations RN Hospice - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with hospice regulations and quality of care
• Direct day-to-day activities, including staff training, patient care supervision, and regulatory compliance
• Manage staffing, recruitment, and retention efforts while promoting hospice education in the community

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• 3+ years of experience in a hospice, home health, or healthcare service delivery setting (preferred)
• 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience (preferred)
