Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations RN Hospice.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with hospice regulations and ensure qualified personnel are employed
• Direct day-to-day clinical operations, including staff training and patient care activities
• Manage hospice billing processes and ensure adequate staffing through recruitment and retention

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• 3+ years of experience in a hospice, home health, or healthcare service delivery setting (preferred)
• 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience (preferred)
