Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Ensure safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans for patients
• Assist patients in understanding their medications and managing chronic conditions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Current pharmacist license from the state of practice
• Preferred two or more years of clinical experience
• Preferred completion of a PGY-1 residency
