Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW / Recovery Counselor) with Oklahoma licensure.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and support sessions on substance use disorder (SUD) topics
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in group and individual formats
• Prepare documentation and oversee clinic treatment plans while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Independent clinical state licensure for Oklahoma (LCSW or LMFT) required
• At least one year of experience providing SUD services in an inpatient or outpatient setting
• Fluency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills
• Ability to manage crisis intervention remotely and facilitate therapeutic groups
