Motivated by unlimited earning potential, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Collection Representative will handle high-volume calls, negotiate payment arrangements for past-due medical balances, and consistently exceed performance metrics while working remotely.

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Reliable and responsible with a proven track record of punctuality
• Successful completion of the company collector training program is required
