Oklahoma Licensed Construction Director

Job Summary

Leading a team of construction managers, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Construction Director will oversee major construction programs, ensuring project performance and accountability while developing best-in-class policies and training initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of construction management projects and lead a regional team of 2-8 direct reports
• Develop and implement construction management policies, procedures, and best practices across regions
• Maintain industry relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success and performance certainty

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• 12+ years of progressive experience managing commercial construction projects, specifically in data centers
• Strong network within the data center design and construction community
• Experience with project management software such as MS Projects, Prolog, or Procore
• Thorough understanding of various project delivery and contract methods
