Job Summary
To provide comprehensive nutrition care for patients with eating disorders, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Dietitian will work remotely, collaborating with families and the treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans and support patients in transforming their eating behaviors.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist patients and families in developing healthy relationships with food through ongoing support and education
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including nutrition assessments and meal plans, while regularly updating progress and goals
- Deliver evidence-based nutrition education and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with company policies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or coursework accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
- Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in Oklahoma; experience with eating disorders preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 80 patients, providing care for up to 52 weeks
- Experience working on interdisciplinary teams and strong skills in collaboration
- Organized and results-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
