Oklahoma Licensed Director of Case Management

Job Summary

Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring compliance with Oklahoma regulations, the fully remote Oklahoma Licensed Director of Case Management will lead a clinical team in delivering holistic care, managing health risk screenings, and improving clinical outcomes while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team to ensure timely health risk screenings, comprehensive assessments, and care plan development
• Develop and manage clinical operations to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and adherence to best practices
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and integrate care coordination with core business functions

Required qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 10 years of clinical practice experience
• At least 5 years of management or clinical leadership experience
• 5 years of case management experience, preferably in managed care
• Master's degree or equivalent experience (BSN preferred)
