Job Summary

Seeking an Oklahoma Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time remote position, responsible for conducting virtual wellness visits, health assessments, and providing comprehensive care coordination while ensuring high-quality patient interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual adult and pediatric wellness visits, health assessments, and medication reviews
• Collaborate with in-home team members to evaluate vital signs and coordinate care
• Provide comprehensive care management, including preventive interventions and referrals to specialists

Required qualifications

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner License in Oklahoma
• Experience performing wellness visits
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in using laptops and mobile devices for charting
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate professionalism and compassion in patient care
