Job Summary

To support a dynamic Oklahoma team, the full-time remote Oklahoma Licensed Foreclosure Paralegal will manage a portfolio of active files, perform comprehensive loan-level desktop reviews, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of foreclosure cases and prioritize work effectively
• Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel while managing active files to meet legal action timelines
• Draft and record legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collections requirements

Required qualifications:

• At least one year of law firm experience handling foreclosures
• Proficiency in document preparation, including Notices of Sale and Deeds
• Experience with Loansphere/BKFS software
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of Mortgage Foreclosure Law
