Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, an Oklahoma Licensed Health Insurance Agent will assist clients by answering inbound calls, providing guidance on coverage options, and building customer relationships while navigating a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls to help clients understand their insurance coverages and select appropriate products
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and assist with Medicare application workflows
- Demonstrate compassion and build trust with customers to foster long-term relationships
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in Oklahoma
- At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance sales for individuals under 65
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
