Job Summary
Offering a unique opportunity, the part-time Oklahoma Licensed Hospice Veterinarian will provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pet families in Tulsa and Bixby, working independently with a self-managed schedule and no non-compete agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care and euthanasia for pets in a mobile environment
- Manage a self-scheduled workload, ensuring availability for weekend appointments on a rotational basis
- Communicate professionally with pet families and team members to ensure a supportive experience
Required qualifications
- DVM/VMD/BVMS degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
- Experience in handling difficult conversations with compassion and respect
- Weekend availability for rotational shifts
