Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (Remote / Home-Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with active insurance shoppers through various communication channels in a remote call center environment
• Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales strategy, without cold calling

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license is preferred
• Experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote setting
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Availability to work full-time hours from home
