Job Summary

Seeking an Oklahoma Licensed Managing Attorney to lead a remote legal team, providing strategic guidance in immigration law, supervising and mentoring attorneys, and collaborating on recruitment and training efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal strategy guidance and intervene in complex immigration cases as needed
• Supervise, mentor, and train attorneys and staff while leading recruitment initiatives
• Build trust-based client relationships and address concerns with clear communication

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum 3 years' experience in immigration law, with a focus on humanitarian and family-based matters
• Demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring attorneys
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
