Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Attorney for its high-volume foreclosure practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments
• Supervise paralegals and support staff while maintaining quality work and firm policies
• Monitor case progress and develop strategies for resolution
• Develop and grow client relations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• License to practice law in Oklahoma
• Detailed knowledge of creditors' rights legal representation and related experience
• Working knowledge of civil procedure rules applicable to foreclosure matters
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Bachelor's Degree required
