Job Summary
Partnering with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain leadership, the Remote Oklahoma Licensed Meditech Consultant will maintain MEDITECH system integrity, optimize workflows, and drive process improvements across financial and administrative applications on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain GL, AP, and fixed asset configurations; support month-end close, audits, and financial reporting
- Manage payroll processing, personnel workflows, and HR system configurations
- Support procurement, inventory, and vendor management workflows while driving process standardization and system testing
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting MEDITECH financial and administrative applications
- Strong working knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Payroll & Personnel, and Materials Management
- Experience supporting healthcare financial and operational workflows
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
