Oklahoma Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing essential clinical care, the contract Oklahoma Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medication, and deliver evidence-based treatment to children, teens, and young adults in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and manage psychiatric medications

Required qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited PA program with relevant certification
• Unrestricted state license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 2 years of practice experience
• Active DEA license preferred for NPs and PA-Cs
• Experience or certification in treating minors is preferred
