Job Summary

A company is looking for a PRN Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Assesses patient performance and recommends necessary equipment or alterations
Provides therapeutic exercises, functional training, and various treatment modalities
Educates patients and documents treatment and charges according to policy

Required Qualifications

1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, preferably in acute care or rehabilitation
Associate's degree for Physical Therapy Assistant approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a recognized organization
Current Oklahoma State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
