Oklahoma Licensed Program Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of inpatient quality improvement initiatives for the GWTG-Stroke program
• Guide QI staff in the adoption and execution of evidence-based inpatient guidelines
• Collaborate with external societies and leaders for strategic alignment and program development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field
• 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care or clinical quality improvement
• Experience in hospital operations, QI nursing, registry operations, or systems of care
• Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows related to stroke care
• Experience designing and implementing quality improvement registries
