Oklahoma Licensed Property Agent

Job Summary

To support members with their insurance needs, the full-time Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Agent will engage with clients through various communication channels, providing expert guidance on personal lines insurance products without any sales involvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist members with quotes, policy inquiries, billing questions, and policy changes through phone and email interactions
• Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and offering accurate solutions to minimize escalations
• Process insurance transactions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintain required certifications

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college degree preferred
• At least 6 months of customer service experience required, with contact center experience being a plus
• Must have an Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
• Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards
