Job Summary

To drive growth and retention in a remote setting, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Property Casualty Broker will manage broker and carrier relationships, service a current book of business, and develop new market opportunities while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with agents and brokers
• Manage and service a current book of business while seeking new market opportunities
• Provide guidance and training to Assistant Brokers and ensure compliance with policies

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Multi-Line Insurance
• Sales and production-driven mentality
• Experience in a paperless environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
