Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Network Specialist to manage provider data and support claims payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate setup of providers in the information system for reporting and claims payment
• Research and resolve provider-related issues and maintain provider directories
• Facilitate provider education and orientations, and assist with demographic information changes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• Experience in claims processing, billing, or coding is preferred
• Three years of experience in a managed care environment or healthcare organization
• Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid
• Customer service experience within a healthcare setting
