Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement (HEDIS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the functions of the quality improvement program
  • Review and analyze reports, confer with staff to obtain necessary data, and ensure compliance with requirements
  • Collaborate with departments to address complaints and appeals, while monitoring costs and participating in budget preparation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of clinical, quality management, or healthcare-related experience
  • 1 year of recent quality improvement and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment, preferably managed care
  • Current state registered nursing license preferred
  • Certification in quality improvement or risk management may be required in certain states
