Oklahoma Licensed RN Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Oklahoma Licensed RN Manager for Pediatric Teletriage, this full-time remote position will manage clinical operations, ensure patient care excellence, and support strategic initiatives while working a rotating schedule that includes evenings, nights, and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for clinical care and departmental performance metrics
- Develops and implements quality initiatives to promote a culture of safety and civility in patient care delivery
- Manages department budget and resources while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's in Nursing preferred
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in nursing
- Current Registered Nurse License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a multistate compact RN license
- Basic Life Support certification required upon hire
- Nursing specialty or leadership certification(s) preferred
