Job Summary
Providing personalized care in a full-time remote capacity, the Oklahoma Licensed Scheduling Coordinator will manage patient scheduling, enter information accurately, and coordinate administrative tasks to enhance patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Schedules patients for procedures and obtains necessary documentation for authorizations
- Maintains compliance by following site-specific protocols and updating documentation
- Communicates effectively with patients, physicians, and hospital staff using various methods
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Preferred experience of 2 years in healthcare or clinical settings
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient in computer skills and telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with business machines and keyboarding skills
