Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical care to patients with opioid use disorder and related mental health conditions, collaborating with a team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Determine and adjust individualized treatment plans for patients, consulting with experienced providers as needed
- Utilize behavioral interventions to motivate patients and conduct behavioral health evaluations for various mental health services
- Monitor patient progress, manage medications, and provide education on opioid use disorder and treatment options
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active DEA license or willingness to obtain one upon job offer
- Fully licensed to practice in Oklahoma; additional licenses in other states are a plus
- Experience or willingness to learn about medication for opioid use disorder
- Comfortable working in a remote telehealth environment and with diverse populations
