Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate recovery and return to work in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards while advising on treatment plans
- Interview disabled individuals to assess recovery and collaborate with healthcare providers to create tailored treatment plans
- Independently manage workload, prioritizing cases and modifying goals based on patient improvement
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- Reliable internet access for remote work
