Oklahoma Licensed Telephonic Nurse

Job Summary

Providing clinical support and education to patients receiving home enteral therapy, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Telephonic Nurse will conduct post-discharge assessments, answer clinical questions, and ensure successful treatment outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new patients within 24-48 hours of discharge to complete nursing assessments
• Provide clinical guidance and education regarding enteral therapy to patients and caregivers
• Respond to patient and caregiver calls involving clinical questions or issues and escalate concerns as needed

Required qualifications

• Nursing degree required
• Active nursing license required in applicable state(s)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Adult and/or pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Experience with enteral nutrition, home health, or patient education preferred
