Oklahoma Licensed Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, an Oklahoma Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations while managing a consistent caseload in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks
• Exercise independent clinical judgment and decision-making within evidence-based standards

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
