Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter/Operations Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account operations for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with benchmarks
• Underwrite insurance applications and assist underwriters in servicing accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with clients while leading the renewal process and driving additional sales

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Producer's License (P&C)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous insurance knowledge and ability to understand policy language preferred
• Experience with technology tools to enhance efficiency is preferred
