Oklahoma Licensed Utilization Review Clinician

Job Summary

To support mental health and substance abuse care, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Utilization Review Clinician will perform clinical reviews, assess treatment appropriateness, and engage with healthcare providers remotely from Oklahoma.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor members' treatment for mental health and substance abuse to ensure medical appropriateness
• Conduct prior authorization and concurrent reviews related to behavioral health services
• Provide education to providers and families regarding the behavioral health utilization process

Required qualifications

• Master's degree for behavioral health clinicians required
• Active Oklahoma state licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN
• 2-4 years of related experience in behavioral health
• Clinical knowledge of mental health and substance abuse treatment plans preferred
• Experience working with healthcare teams and providers in a behavioral health context preferred
