Oklahoma Licensed Utilization Review RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Utilization Review RN - PRN (WFH - OK, TX, AR, MO, KS).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and care needs using evidence-based criteria
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, payors, and families to ensure appropriate care status and financial reimbursement
• Monitor and evaluate financial outcomes and processes, identifying areas for improvement and escalating issues to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• A minimum of 3 years of Nursing experience, with Care Management experience preferred
• Current Registered Nurse License (RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN)
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory requirements regarding Utilization Review care management
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and care management software
