Oklahoma Provider Contracting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Contracting for the Oklahoma market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex contracting and negotiations with hospitals and providers for fee-for-service and value-based reimbursements
• Build and maintain relationships with provider partners to support local market strategies and identify business opportunities
• Oversee the development and implementation of network initiatives and ensure compliance with operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Healthcare, Business, or equivalent industry experience; MBA or MHA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Provider Contracting and Negotiation
• Experience in developing and managing key provider relationships
• Knowledge of complex reimbursement methodologies and provider business models
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix organization
