Oklahoma RN Care Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Care Manager - PRN Days.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients from clinical, social, and financial perspectives and coordinate post-discharge needs
• Act as a clinical and financial resource for patients and interdisciplinary team members
• Perform utilization review and communicate coverage information with third-party payers and clinical providers

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in various clinical settings (home health, inpatient, physician office, clinic)
• Current RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma or multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact member state
• BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred
• Experience with managed care and payer/provider requirements preferred
