Oklahoma/Utah Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Defense Paralegal with Oklahoma and/or Utah civil litigation and discovery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in answering interrogatories and preparing legal documents
• Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and arrange for medical examinations
• Prepare documents and evidence for trial and assist in interviewing witnesses

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-year Associates Degree or 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
• Paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies or completion of at least one year of law school
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• One year of experience in a civil litigation law firm preferred
